I Chaged to Jboss Tools 3.3M2 with Eclipse Indigo and followed the tips from Tomas Cerny in this post http://www.seamframework.org/Documentation/WhatHappensWhenYouDeploySeamAp... http://www.seamframework.org/Documentation/WhatHappensWhenYouDeploySeamAp...
