There are lots of libraries alreadly installed on JBoss AS (e.g. myfaces, log4j, ejb3,
hibernate)
If you declare a jar in application.xml it will be added to the ear's classpath.
Elsewhere it won't be (WEB-INF/lib as discussed above)
