Someone could help you to get one step farther, but you'd be in just as much trouble - you're missing some basic knowledge, skills and techniques. I don't know what options, if any, you have for getting consulting help or buying some services from JBoss. If it's an option, I'd try to find some local help (in-company or consulting) that would also provide some mentoring on server development skills.
