I think you miss the second line:
i.getVendors().add(v);
| ===> i1.getVendors().add(v);
|
And you add "i" twice to the industries-list of your vendor:
l1.add(i);
| l1.add(i1);
| v.setIndustries(l1);
| ===> v.getIndustries().add(i);
|
