The web.xml file has to contain standard parameters for a BIRT Web report . If you want to use the JBoss Birt embedded report, you need to add the following: <servlet>     <servlet-name>JBoss BIRT Servlet</servlet-name>     <servlet-class>org.jboss.tools.birt.servlet.JBossBirtServlet</servlet-class>   </servlet>   <servlet-mapping>     <servlet-name>JBoss BIRT Servlet</servlet-name>     <url-pattern>/embed</url-pattern>   </servlet-mapping> to the web.xml.
