I'm not sure I understand what it is you are looking for. Why would you want to replicate on PUT but invalidate on REMOVE/CHANGE? If you are retrieving state from a definitive source (such as a database) then any put, remove or change should result in an invalidation, unless you are putting something in the cache because you READ it from the database.
