Yes, ChargeCollaborateuraffecteHome is a Component and needs to be initialized by Seam
(i.e. you can't just do 'new ChargeCollaborateuraffecteHome()' and expect it
to work). So you either inject the Component using @In or use
org.jboss.seam.Component.getInstance
