In your case choose "Maven" as your build environment, then copy the information from the generated pom.xml files. You could also do the same with the Eclipse plugin. Fungal 0.10.x is for the IronJacamar 1.0 series, Fungal 0.11.x is for the IronJacamar 1.1 series.
