There is no 'final' solution!
After restart some application try to open dynamical ports (e.g. Notes, altiris ...) AFAIK
there is a Windows function to get such ports.
In this case the port is temporary blocked and if you start JBoss during this time you
will become such error messages.
ATM I don't know which service use the port 1090 by default.
Do you change the port configuration?
How do you start the JBoss server?
Also you should not post such logfile excerpt, please use attachments to keep the thread
readable!
