Hi,

seems your "jboss-web.xml" is invalid (order of elements is wrong). JBoss 5 is
much stricter when validating xml files against DTD/schema. 

Please use an editor which validates the file (e.g. Eclipse + Web Tools Platform) to
verify and fix the file.
