The error in the console you pasted is Guvnor not being able to find the web designer under localhost:8080/designer. This is the default configuration, and if you tell us about your deployment setup, maybe designer is running on a different host/port/subdomain in your case? It includes the configuration options on both the Guvnor and the Designer side which may help (10.4 Configuring Designer, specifically). What versions of Guvnor/Web Designer are you using?
