[Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - Loading property files in classpath - jboss-user

Hi, 

I have to specify my property files in the classpath. I have given like this in
jboss-service.xml 

when I do lookup using url = ClassLoader.getSystemResource(fileName); it returns null

Is it the right way to do?
