I've tested earlier versions of jbpm, with nice introductary videos, showing how to get all of this working in eclipse. At this point, jbpm 5 seems the right choice, but "download the installer" followed by "ant install.demo" ... don't give a new enduser any idea on how it's all tied together.... and above all, the build fails.
