In the Eclipse plugin editor you set the constraints on the Gateway itself, the jBPM web Designer follows more of the BPMN2 spec and you have to set the constraints currently on the sequence flows, however we are working on ability for users to set it on the gateways as that is a more intuitive way of doing it.
