If you are looking for a small eclipse plugin give
http://andrei.gmxhome.de/filesync/index.html a try.

It can keep every folder inside of your workspace in sync with some other folder somewhere
else.

Downside is that you have to manually restart the AS (touch application.xml) if you change
EJBs,... but for html & JSF pages it works fine for me!
