Which version of JBossAS do you use? For latest versions, the org.jboss.annotation.security.SecurityDomain (used in the tutorial) is now moved to org.jboss.ejb3.annotation.SecurityDomain. For JBossAS-5.0 GA, the EJB3 tutorials are work-in-progress and will be available soon.
