[jbosstools-dev] "Full publish" action now forcefully changes xml file timestamps to *force* a redeploy.

Wouldn't it be enough to just touch files matching web.xml and
application.xml ? And even limit it to WEB-INF/META-INF dirs ?
Why is *.xml needed ? (That can be a lot of files in a seam app)
