Yes, I agree. For context, there is a wiki page that details what we
are
trying to do here for ESB:

This would be generally applicable to other project types as well. If
there is any existing components -- especially in the templating area --
we'd really like to hear about it. :)
Then discuss it in the open where people can hear us asking ;)
