Hey everybody, at first sorry for my absence in the last week which was the result of unexpected project pressure in the last 4 days, but since this is managed, I hope to spend my next 3 days into the extension of the GPD .... With "consuming webservices" I assumed invoking jBPM services as a webservice, cause that was mostly what people meant when they pose this question. That could be done with rest. Consuming non-jbpm webservices is indeed not related at all. I agree that JBossWS or JBoss ESB are better ways then. Aleksander, jBPM itself always relies on the DB for concurrency and transaction handling. If jBPM caches something, it means that information is considered static. Process definitions are static. When a new version of a process definition is deployed, it is stored NEXT to the old version. Both are kept in the DB. so the old version doesn't change.
