I did a quick and dirty wiki page for the project last week:

And a placeholder for documentation:

I figured that our doc would be all-wiki for now. It's just the
quickest way to get going. Later it can be put into something more
formal.
So I suggest just adding a link from the documentation page above.
Then
blog about it too!
