without 2 doesn't make
much sense, right?
FWIW, for me Emmanuel's statement makes much sense - convention over
configuration, and a way to overrule convention by configuration is
all we should need!

I have taken Change 1 to the EE architecture team to ask for guidance,
since, as Emmanuel points out, our decision on this point is an
opportunity to influence the programming model used for EE6.
