I forgot to say that we can change the @In and @Out to execute at the start and end,
respectively, of the proxied method.
For the @Out annotation to work at the end of component instantiation we may have have to
change the IClassResolver#resolveClass to dynamically enhance the constructor placing a
call at the end to do the outjection
(WicketComponent.forClass(classname).outject(proxied)).
