I'll try to double check this. Since it is an accessibility issue, I'm going
ahead and styling all "labels" of input and select fields. The only one that is
causing me difficulty is the editor preferences. I can see in the comments in the xhtml
that someone has already seen the issue with duplicate var ids when using sourceless
facelet tags.
We hacked this in our application by passing in a unique id as a ui:param. Another
alternative might be to write a function that gets a unique id. Both approaches are less
than ideal.

All radio buttons checkboxes, input, textareas and select fields now have explicit
h:outputLabels.
When on the preferences page, the ids sometimes seem to be getting confused, especially on
the feed connector and jira connector pages on the admin preferences.
For instance, it log a few warnings, but not every time the page is displayed. I'm
not sure if its an issue with dynamic ids, facelets, or even JSF.
