I don't think that is the right solution anymore. Plugin metadata will define if a
plugin can be reentrant or include other plugins.

Plugins are naming containers that currently don't inherit the parent naming
container. This breaks plugins in plugins, for example, blogDirectory rendering documents
which have lastModifiedDocuments plugins. The lastModifiedDocuments plugins should have
the client identifier "blogDirectory:lastModifiedDocuments:foo" and not
"lastModifiedDocuments:foo"
