Pete Muir reopened JBSEAM-1574:
-------------------------------
This causes breakage - this code from the wiki now fails (the page action isn't
called):
<s:link id="editDoc" styleClass="linkNavigation"
action="editDoc" accesskey="E"
rendered="#{s:hasPermission('Node', 'edit',
currentDocument)}">Edit</s:link>
<page view-id="/docDisplay.xhtml" action="#{browser.prepare}">
<param name="nodeId" value="#{browser.nodeId}"/>
<rule if-outcome="editDoc">
<begin-conversation flush-mode="MANUAL"/>
<redirect view-id="/docEdit.xhtml">
<param name="nodeId"
value="#{currentDocument.id}"/>
<param name="parentDirId"
value="#{currentDirectory.id}"/>
</redirect>
</rule>
Reproduce by running wiki example, logging in as admin/admin and clicking editPage.
Reverting the commit for this causes the above to execute properly.
pages.xml actions are not called when using "render" with
s:link and s:button

Key: JBSEAM-1574
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBSEAM-1574
Project: JBoss Seam
Issue Type: Bug
Components: JSF
Affects Versions: 2.0.0.BETA1
Reporter: Michael Youngstrom
Assigned To: Michael Youngstrom
Fix For: 2.0.0.CR1
<page view-id="/list.xhtml">
<navigation>
<rule if-outcome="detail">
<render view-id="/detail.xhtml"/>
</rule>
</navigation>
</page>
<page view-id="/detail.xhtml"
action="#{bean.loadDetail}"/>
Does not appear to call #{bean.loadDetail} when the list navigation rule is executed.
