We have enough a4jsf magic now in the wiki and I haven't seen the conversation timeout
since I use a named request queue for all requests. There is still the occasional message,
e.g. when you click "Update" on a document edit and the live preview is still
updating. But that conflict is just the price you have to pay, nothing I can do about it.

The following features should use Ajax4JSF instead of navigation or full page submits.
* Preview panel should be dynamically rendered as user types in the edit box
* Edit page and edit directory should use an ajax include instead of navigation
* The operations in the edit directory box should use partial submit/render
* Login should be implemented using a partial submit/render
