Loading the same faces-config file twice is not part of the spec. The case mentioned in
the MyFaces forum is fixed in Mojarra (RI) JSF 1.2_10. It should be out next week.

My EJB module has jboss-seam.jar on the Class-Path attribute in MANIFEST.MF. That is no
problem when I deploy application as packaged archive, but when I deploy it as exploded
directory jboss-seam.jar gets loaded twice which results in [SeamPhaseListener] There
should only be one Seam phase listener per application.
