I have extended the TimeAndDate example with some Locales and Messages, I am not sure if
it makes sense to add these to a JSF app though, as JSF has its own mechanism for
specifying available locales and we handle those in Seam Faces. Does it make sense to use
Locale functionality from Seam International in a JSF app?
