Are you really sure?
I looked into the sources and neither Hibernate nor Seam sources sets
Configuration.setInterceptor() (except SecurityInterceptor in Seam).
But may be I am not looking in the right direction ...

Currently I am not able to add my own Hibernate Interceptor using
Configuration.setInterceptor(). I have to create my own HibernateSessionFactory (and that
is not what I want).
One way is to add parameter to HibernateSessionFactory for interceptor class.
