Create an configuration option to disable some default interceptors that there are never
used, improving the application's performance. On some systems there are no necessity
of some interceptors, for example, the transactional ones (RollbackInterceptor,
TransactionInterceptor and ManagedEntityIdentityInterceptor) that degrade performance.
