Allow for an option to choose to include Rule-based authorization in seam-gen. If turned
off then
<drools:rule-base name="securityRules">
<drools:rule-files>
<value>/security.drl</value>
</drools:rule-files>
</drools:rule-base>
should not be includes in components.xml as well as security.drl should not be created.
