Tim Otten updated JBSEAM-3633:
------------------------------
Description:
If an application includes both JSF pages and servlets, then @RequestParameter injection
cannot succeed consistently.
@RequestParameter injection relies on a "Parameters" component. There are two
alternative implementations of this component:
* org.jboss.seam.faces.Parameters which supports JSF pages
* org.jboss.seam.web.Parameters which supports traditional servlets
Only one of these implementations can be used at run time. If the developer or deployer
chooses to use the JSF variant, then @RequestParameter injection will break for
servlet-based pages. If the developer instead chooses the servlet variant, then
@RequestParameter injection will break for JSF-based pages.
(Note: The relevant code in trunk [r9424] appears to be the same as the code in 2.0.2.SP1,
so newer releases are probably affected.)

@RequestParameter fails in mixed JSF/non-JSF applications
