I was mistaken. This issue does not affect 7.5. This should have just been checked in
under the feature issue.

The file resource adapter is using the java.lang.Boolean type for allowparentpaths, which
cannot be auto converted to the primitive type. If we use a non schema compliant xml,
then we can specify the type as boolean.
