Tested in 7.6 then diff'd changes between 7.6 & 7.7 in
runtime/src/main/java/org/teiid/odbc
runtime/src/main/java/org/teiid/odbc/ODBCServerRemoteImpl.java changes calls from
this.executionFuture = stmt.submitExecute(ResultsMode.RESULTSET);
to
this.executionFuture = stmt.submitExecute(ResultsMode.RESULTSET, null);
If you have reason to believe this will affect, I'll redo the effort on 7.7. My
initial thought was that it would not.

The cursor processing was never tunring on the doneExecution flag, thus it never sending
the "ready" call that is needed at the end of FETCH call, thus seems like hang.
