[bv-dev] BVAL-498 Obtain parameter names through reflection

Hi, There is a proposal for using the new reflective parameter names for executable validation: http://beanvalidation.org/proposals/BVAL-498/ It's there for a while and I've moved forward by creating a PR with the spec change: https://github.com/beanvalidation/beanvalidation-spec/pull/114 Can you please let me know about any remarks by the end of the week.
