Re: [gsoc] Student Introduction

Hi, I am David Farache, a last year Communications Systems Engineering student doing a specialization in satellite communications who is really looking forward to become a gsoc student. I have just seen both 'Implementing native features' and 'Implement a ticket reservation system using Infinitspan' task and I am truly interested in it. Java is my main language and I am quite comfortable developing tools at a application level as I've worked before in several development projects. I have never worked before with Infinitspan so I would prefer doing this project as it sounds more challenging. There is something I'd like to know: is there some way to prove I am truly interested in the project? Something like showing some of my previous work, or maybe doing a shorter task before gsoc application begins? Best regards, David.
