[gsoc] Slots Allocation

Hi All,
at this time, we have been issued 8 slots. I will continue to seek
additional slots from the pool where some slots have been returned by
other orgs.
The best student proposals will definitely get a slot. :)

[gsoc] Number of slots for our GSoC organization

Hi,
I got an email earlier via the official GSoC list, asking organizations to
set their number of slots they wish to allocate.
>From last year's experience, will there be enough slots for all our
proposals? If not, how will the proposals of our org be ranked internally?
Sorry in case that has been discussed somewhere, I couldn't find any
information on this (it's my first year as mentor).
