you may have had some permission issues. Not sure.
As org admin, I fill in the evaluation as backup. The mentors can just
change pass/fail or add comments etc.
This way we ensure that our evaluations are in time so that the students
can get paid
plus our future gsoc org acceptance is not jeopardized.
