In our case we were missing the HTTP scheme and the repo path, so I believe the mirror has never even been used -- most likely it was silently ignored, because the given URL looked like an empty repo. CI now includes the proper URL, with correct scheme and path, which means the Jenkinsfiles should work just fine.
