Spring Boot Starters 2.0.0.Alpha1 release

Hey,
I'm happy to announce Infinispan Spring Boot Starters 2.0.0.Alpha1 release.
The release includes:
-
- Creating caches defined by the Configuration
- Testsuite cleanup
- Created two separate started for embedded and client/server use cases
- Allow using Infinispan Spring Boot Starter along with the one provided
by Spring Boot
- Moved sources into separate packages
