[infinispan-dev] Constructing ConcurrentHashMaps

Guys I have created a ConcurrentMapFactory and have changed our codebase to always use this factory when constructing ConcurrentMaps. Please always make sure we use this going forward, rather than directly creating concurrent maps with new ConcurrentHashMap(). If you spot any places in the code that directly constructs ConcurrentHashMap that I may have missed, please go ahead and fix.
