I've changed the parameters as suggested in the article. And it helped,

I've to observe the system a bit longer, but it looks good so far.
I _needed_ to run the caches with mode="ASYNC", as I got timeout
problems with jgroups mode=GET_ALL... when launching all 3 processes.
I didn't see how to change that within the jgroups configuration, but I
switched to ASYNC in Infinispan, and the timeout messages were gone.
