I have com.sleepcat:je in my local m2 repo. Try adding -C to make sure maven isn't caching a transient HTTP error. mvn clean install -C -Dmaven.test.skip.exec=true If that doesn't help, my next guess is that sleepcat isn't in the nexus repo anymore. I looked in https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public-jboss/com/sleepy... and the jars aren't there.
