problem in wildfly quickstart

Hi,
How can I solve this problem?
[ERROR] Non-resolvable import POM: Could not transfer artifact
org.wildfly.bom:wildfly-javaee7:pom:10.0.0.Final from/to central (
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2):

confused about constructing modules

hi,
I am confused about constructing modules.
if I want to a jar file, Do I add this jar file both as module and pom.xml ?
Is it correct ? or Does double introduction of same jar file cause conflict
?
