Too little information to tell what is going on.
First try with WildFly 11 and if problem still persist reopen this with all enviroment information and how you configured you startup settings.

[~ashokrm] I uploaded the table that works, you can't have empty line between table definition row and table data row, it means no empty line after row 8.
[~manstis] please correct me if I am wrong.
