Resolution: Done
If PingTimerTask.run() is finished trying to send a PING, it tests if
PingTimerTask.shutdown() has been called. If shutdown() has been called, then run()
returns immediately rather than logging a warning if the PING was not sent successfully.
BisocketClientInvoker.PingTimerTask should terminate more gracefully

If org.jboss.remoting.transport.bisocket.BisocketClientInvoker.PingTimerTask is running
when PingTimerTask.shutDown() is called, it might get an exception trying to send a ping.
However, there is no reason to log a warning.
