JBoss AS5 community versions don't receive back ports of bug fixes. As for what was
done to fix the issue - click on the "Subversion Commits" tab of this JIRA. It
will contain a link to commit history.

The parsing of the context.xml by the JBossContextConfig class is using the tccl which
causes problems when the war app has tried to load its own xml parser.
