AS and EJB3 are now using jboss-ha-server-api.jar 1.0.0.BETA2-SNAPSHOT. I don't
expect any change in the code in this jar; will move to 1.0.0.GA and close this when I
release 1.0.0.GA of jboss-ha-client.jar.
