As far as we know, this only happens with HSQLDB. This database is not supported, so I
imagine this is what we would tell the customer if they had this problem.
I obviously see the irony in the fact that we use HSQLDB as our test database but
don't in fact support it.
At this point, I think we should add it to the badtests exclude list:

The OptimisticLockUnitTestCase testBug1006723 test seems to fail randomly. This is a
known issue, and is described here:

But there does not appear to be a bug filed about this issue, nor can I find bug 1006723
