The main Apache snapshots repo seems to be getting all the files now, at least for the
myfaces project, so the people.apache.org snapshots repo is not needed anymore. Not all
of the artifacts from the Apache incubator repository are pulled to central, so it should
remain available for now.

Some artifacts from the people Apache repo are not included in the main apache snapshots
repo. For example the 2.0.2-SNAPSHOT version of myfaces-api

Need to find out what is the correct Nexus configuration to include the Apache snapshots
in the JBoss Nexus server. Also, we currently have a separate proxy repo for Apache
incubator. Is this needed, or is this pulled in to central automatically?
